DAVID GU
Solicitor Director
David is the Lead Attorney for S&W Sydney Office and ProActive Legal and is also the Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law. David graduated from the University of Western Sydney with a Bachelor of Law / Bachelor of Business (Management) dual degree who came to Australia at a young age. He has held positions in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the Supreme Court of Australia, the Immigration Review Board (MRT), the Refugee Review Tribunal (RRT) and the Australian Immigration Service. His wealth of legal expertise and years of experience in immigration led him to help clients win the most challenging case and get visa. Many successful cases hosted by David are widely circulated in the industry, such as Jiang v MIAC - SYG538 / 2012 and Singh v MIAC [2012] FMCA 145. As one of Australia's few immigration lawyers, David's professionalism is second to none in the industry.

Jacky (QEAC: L592) is a registered education agent, a manager of S&W Sydney branch office, and Bachelor of Accounting and Finance from the University of Western Australia. Cissy Wu comes from Suzhou and has a master degree of business from the University of Sydney. She has studied in Australia since she was in high school, so she has a personal understanding of the needs and difficulties of her students.
